I had such an amazing experience. The treatments were top-notch, leaving me refreshed. My daughter and I attended this store for an Organic Express treatment last Friday evening. The ladies were very welcoming and lovely and the treatment was refreshing and relaxing. At the end of the treatment we were ushered to the front of store for payment and we were informed that we had to put an extra $20 for the treatment we had, as prices had just recently gone up. To be honest I was quite annoyed and put off about this as I had booked this treatment a month earlier and had confirmed the price of $85 while booking over the telephone as we had 2 gift cards totaling $170 which would have covered the 2 treatments. The amount of $85 for each treatment should have been honored as it was booked 1 month prior to attending the session or if this was not possible a courtesy call should have been made to inform us prior to treatment.

Went there today, the lady that did the massage & Body scrub was absolutely lovely. Found this place to be extremely pricey would not have gone there if it wasn't for my 100 gift card. They called me up yesterday before I could go in today and I gave them the gift voucher for the $100 gift card. The lady at receptionist the old one was completely rude she said to me it was $25 that was on my account owing. So I gave her my card and she charged me 126 dollars and 38 cents. Illegally they took extra took extra money from my account. Not happy will not return. You were meant to take out 25 dollars. Inform customers of surcharge. One receptionist could destroy a business. Great work! I don't recommend anyone going there.

They over charge customers with out informing customers. Prices are to high. Poor massage therapist they get paid the very least. Review and study prices before going here. Don't buy vouchers from here, prices go up ever month and they don't respect the voucher or the appointment to keep it as the price they quoted.

I had almost given up on endota! The last three treatments were abysmal and felt as though someone was patting me softly in figure eights (this was not at the Caroline Springs store). My session today with Helen (Caroline Springs) was phenomenal. It felt like she was constantly attuned to the needs of my muscles. She was super attentive and you could tell she was passionate about what she does. During the massage treatment I was able to even get intoa meditative state. I will be back as long as its with Helen.

I attended Endota Caroline springs for a pregnancy massage. Everything I needed to feel comfortable was thought of. My massage was exactly what needed and I’ll definitely be booking it again. All staff members are always a pleasure to deal, do yourself a favour and book in a treatment !!!!

I rarely go to get a massage done due to bad past experiences from other parlous. However, the massage I received here from Veronica changed my perspective on what a masseuse really is. Veronica tended to my needs by giving me a small consult first to assess what I wanted. She listened & gave me the most relaxing massage! After that she gave me advice of how I could mitigate the tensions she noticed in my back. Great experience from start to finish. She’s such a kind soul & even better masseuse. Thank you again, I will defs be back 🤩!!

My wife and I booked massages at endota and I couldn't recommend it enough. My therapist made me feel comfortable and I couldn't fault the massage. This Is now our regular place for massages.
